瘦了后,鹿们一直说我的脸开始下垂。我向来相信鹿们说的话,尤其关于外表这回事,虽然那当中极有可能存有少许夸大的成份。
所以我很怕。很怕。很怕。皮肤绝对不能松弛。绝。对。不。能。
所以昨天我开始了狂吞 collagen 的日子。一天四粒。早两晚两。必须纪念这特别的一天,所以特此写blog。
肌肤最好有所改善,恢复弹性,还有顺便美白一番。反正我不可以让 ahin 继续骄傲下去,我们 2012 的欧洲之旅也誓必吐气扬眉。哼。
还有,一起去的其他三人,请认真考虑狂吞 collagen 的日子,we seriously need it。
补充: 每天还要狂喝至少 8 杯水,撑死老娘。

actually the boat pose is very susah! lots of abs strength needed.
